- Take Advantage of the Pension Protection
Act of 2006. In 2006 and 2007, individual 70½
years of age or older, can donate up to $100,000 to a 501c3
not-for-profit organization each year from their Individual
Retirement Account (IRA or Roth IRA) with no withdrawal penalties.
The distribution will not be taxed. Consider giving to AFNSWAS
through your IRA and receive this tax benefit. Our Federal Tax
